Nice staff, big comfortable room, in the city centre and close to the rail and bus station. Nice outdoor swimming pool. They were also able to give me a kettle to make coffee.

I'm not really a fan of big hotels and reading the reviews I did'n expect too much but the room actually exceeded my expectations. The room was very spacious, clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is very good, 5 min. from the busstation, 7 min. from the trainstation and close to a big parking lot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a small problem with one of the doors and they sent someone immediatley to solve the problem. Because I left early I didn't try the breakfast so I don't know how that is.

It was in city center so it was quite easy to get from place to place, people were very friendly, I will want to come back to Portland as soon as possible!
