Hotel Cristal Caldas

The staff were super friendly. The location is nice. Beds were super soft. Shower pressure was high.

The breakfast was quite acceptable, with just enough choices to satisfy. Hotel location is very good, not far from centre of Caldas. Room was clean, appeared recently renovated, so in very good condition and well lit.

I'm not really a fan of big hotels and reading the reviews I did'n expect too much but the room actually exceeded my expectations. The room was very spacious, clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is very good, 5 min. from the busstation, 7 min. from the trainstation and close to a big parking lot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a small problem with one of the doors and they sent someone immediatley to solve the problem. Because I left early I didn't try the breakfast so I don't know how that is.

The location is great, near the bus station. The breakfast, even though simple, was good. Bedroom was good, clean, with air conditioner, safe, bathroom with bidet.
